Elevate Themes is a self-serve website theme manager for Cadmium's Elevate LMS clients — three out-of-the-box templates plus a settings panel for color, layout, logo, and font. Client site design was eating my manager's and my time at agency-fraction pay, and the existing self-serve option hadn't closed the gap. I scoped, designed, and personally built Themes, then worked with sales to price it as its own product.

Word Report Builder lets association and event staff configure and format their own professional Word and PDF reports, instead of commissioning a custom build. Custom reports were being hand-built at a loss, and Cadmium's stock reports were too rigid to close the gap. I led five months of design on the builder — work that ultimately helped drive the company's pivot to a simpler, sustainable reporting strategy.

I build the framework, then I design the product — and often the parts in between. My work spans product design, front-end development, and design systems, so I can carry a decision through to shipped code instead of handing off a spec and hoping it survives implementation.
Outside of product work, I paint, draw, and cook — same instinct, different material: it doesn’t feel finished until the structure underneath does.
I’m also a Toastmasters member — it’s where I learned the craft of storytelling, which matters as much in UX as it does on a stage: framing a problem, building a case for a decision, bringing people along with you.
